Place your order online, or call us on 022 789 60 60 from Monday to Friday 9am to 12 noon. We have a variety of meal plans to suit your needs and would be happy to answer any questions.

We cook

All of our meals for seniors are prepared in Switzerland by our team of trained chefs. We use quality ingredients, that have been locally sourced wherever possible.

We deliver

Your meals for the week will be delivered to your doorstep by the Swiss Post. The meals are delivered fresh, never frozen and kept cool in transit with recyclable insulation and ice packs.

You enjoy & repeat

Reheat your meals in 3 minutes in the microwave or in an oven and enjoy! You can choose to receive your meals every week or just once with our fully flexible meal delivery subscription.

FAQ

Our balanced meals start from 12.95 CHF per portion. Base shipping is 8.90 CHF, with volume discounts on larger orders, and shipping is free on boxes of 14 meals or more.

All our meals arrive fully prepared—no cooking or prep needed. Average reheat time is 2 to 3 minutes in the microwave, or 10 to 15 minutes in a conventional oven. Specific instructions are printed on each label.

Specific heating instructions are printed on the label of each dish.

In the microwave, peel back a corner of the protective film and heat for 2-3 minutes.

In a conventional oven, transfer the food to an ovenproof dish and heat for 10-15 minutes at 120°C-140°C.

You can also reheat meals in a pan on the stovetop. Remember to remove any cold sauce pots before heating!

You can select ingredients or allergens to exclude directly in your account preferences.

Note: While we follow strict hygiene standards to avoid cross-contamination, traces of major allergens may be present in our workshop.

We deliver across Switzerland and Liechtenstein from Tuesday to Friday. We offer eco-friendly circular delivery via our refrigerated Refill trucks in the Lake Geneva region and Swiss Post nationwide (PostPac Priority or Swiss-Express Moon before 9am).
