Your plan in four steps

Your profile

Your training sessions

Add the activities of a usual week, with their length and how often you do them. You place them on your week in the next step.

How we work out your plan

Your plan follows the reference methods of sports nutrition, applied to your weight and to each of your sessions. We then choose, from our upcoming menus, the dishes that best cover these needs.

Each day's energy

Resting metabolismMifflin-St Jeor equation×1.4active everyday life+Your sessions(METs − 1) × kg × hours=Energy for the dayin kcal, day by day

Resting metabolism comes from your weight, sex, age and height. Each session counts at its intensity in METs, from the 2024 Compendium of Physical Activities, minus the resting energy already counted.

Protein: 1.2 to 2.2 g per kilo

  • Endurance1.6–1.8
  • Team sports1.6–2.0
  • Racket, combat and mixed1.6–2.0
  • Strength1.8–2.2
  • Light activity1.2–1.6
g per kilo of body weight a day

By sport. Within each range, the value rises with your training, from 3 to 12 hours a week.

Carbohydrates: 3 to 10 g per kilo

  3. 72 h
  4. 83 h

  6. 105 h
g per kilo, by hours of hard effort in the day

They follow each day's load: an hour of hard effort (8 METs or more) counts in full, a gentler session or strength work counts less. Fat provides 20 to 35% of the energy.

Before, during and after a session

  1. Before1 g of carbohydrate per kiloin the meal 30 minutes to 4 hours before a session of an hour or more
  2. During30 to 60 g of carbohydrate an hourin a session of 75 minutes or more, by its length, as gels or drinks
  3. After0.3 g of protein per kiloin the first meal within 3 hours

We time your dishes and snacks to match. For strength work only the 'after' guide applies; light activity needs none.

How it works

  1. 1. You order online

Order with no minimum term, up to six days before delivery, or two days before for dishes in stock. Choose your products yourself, or let us make the selection for you.

  2. 2. Our chefs cook

Chef Anthony Strebler and his team prepare your dishes in Switzerland, with gentle cooking.

  3. 3. We deliver once a week

To your home or office, whether you’re in or not, we deliver anywhere in Switzerland, Monday to Thursday.

  4. 4. Ready in three minutes

About 3 minutes in the microwave, straight in the tray. In the fridge, the dishes keep for up to 7 days.

  5. 5. Easily manage what comes next

Return or reuse your delivery box. Choose between one-off and recurring orders, at the frequency of your choice. Add your holidays, skip a week or change your delivery day.

Sports nutrition: your questions

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Your sports profile is saved in your routine. In your account, you can change your weight, your training sessions, your week of meals and your supplements, as well as the delivery day and how often we deliver.

What if I want a delivery every two weeks?

Each delivery covers one week of the meals you leave to us, whatever the rhythm. A supplement planned every few weeks comes with the next delivery when its own week has none.

Does it work for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes. Choose your diet in the first step: we only pick dishes that fit it, and the summary shows what that menu can cover.

Do training days and rest days differ?

Yes. Each day's needs follow that day's sessions: more energy and carbohydrates on a long training day, less on a rest day. The meals around a session are planned for it. Your meals can also differ by day, for example breakfasts from us on weekdays only.

Which supplements are included?

Those recommended for your kind of training, from our permanent range: a sports drink, caffeine, beetroot or creatine, for example. Untick one and it stays out until you add it back.
