We're loving merci Chef! It's a reasonable minimum order and the platform is simple. The reason I chose it, as there are quite a few, is the variety of styles of meals. We're a family with young kids and so for just the adults we like to eat more adventurous but there are options each week that our kids will plausibly eat full portions of as well and that makes such a difference. Secondly - the a la carte option is a game changer. Because while often our kids won't eat the whole meal, they'll likely eat some of it and that allows me to tailor to our families tastes. Do I have to order every week?
No. Order occasionally, or set up regular deliveries with no minimum subscription period. Choose whether you activate future orders yourself or let them be placed automatically. Review, change or skip open orders before their displayed deadline.
What minimum quantity do I have to order?
Each delivery has to contain at least 3 dishes or portions. If you are part of a merciChef group, you can share that minimum with the other members.
Do I have to cook anything?
No. All our products arrive already prepared. The most you have to do, for some of them, is reheat them.
Can we choose different dishes?
Yes. Choose individual dishes and portions for different people in the same delivery.
Do the dishes arrive hot?
They arrive cooked and chilled. Refrigerate them on arrival, then take each one out when you are ready to eat.
What will my first order cost?
It depends on the dishes and the delivery method you choose. Your order summary shows every cost before you confirm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe and Datatrans), TWINT, PostFinance (Card and E-Finance), Lunch-Check card, 30-day invoice (via CembraPay / Availabill), and merciChef Credit.
