How it works
1. You pick
Choose your dishes for the week or save each person’s preferences. Order occasionally or choose regular deliveries, with no minimum subscription period. For the upcoming menu, order by 11.59pm six days before delivery; available stock meals and exact deadlines are shown when ordering.
2. We cook
Our chefs cook your dishes in Switzerland, with quality ingredients and careful cooking. Menu dishes arrive chilled and ready to reheat, with no recipe to follow or ingredients to prepare.
3. We deliver
One chilled delivery for your week: our own rounds around Lake Geneva or Swiss Post throughout Switzerland. Swiss Post delivers Monday to Wednesday depending on the service; Thursday is for stock orders only. Enter your postcode to see your options.
4. You enjoy & repeat
Refrigerate on arrival and follow each label for storage and reheating: up to a week depending on the delivery day, or 4–5 days for Thursday stock deliveries. Change or skip future open orders before their deadline; locked orders remain payable. Plan holidays in your account.

We're loving merci Chef! It's a reasonable minimum order and the platform is simple. The reason I chose it, as there are quite a few, is the variety of styles of meals. We're a family with young kids and so for just the adults we like to eat more adventurous but there are options each week that our kids will plausibly eat full portions of as well and that makes such a difference. Secondly - the a la carte option is a game changer. Because while often our kids won't eat the whole meal, they'll likely eat some of it and that allows me to tailor to our families tastes. Can I order for just a few weeks?
Yes. Occasional orders and regular deliveries with no minimum period are both possible. Check already scheduled orders before their deadline if your needs change.
How do delivery and storage work?
